Singapore party girls (SPG’s) are local woman who love Expats. You can find them in any and all clubs where there Expats hang out. If your American, European, Australian, between 25 and 35 and are working your in like flint. If you work in Singapore all that much better, if you are just passing thought well enjoy it while you can. Easy to approach, if they don’t come up to you first, and lots of fun to party it. For my self I have never been with one, on a personal level, so I can’t tell you about the details and you’ll have to find out for your selves and that all works. Some of the local guys give these girls a hard time for hangout out with non-Singaporeans males, which I really can’t understand because the girls are attracted to whom ever they want. So whose business is it of the guys if that is what she prefers?
So what is the difference between an SPG and a normal Singaporean girl you met in a club? Most of the people you find in the more popular club around Singapore are professional women between the ages of 25 to 35 roughly. They have careers and are working hard to make their lives what they want it to be. They are educated women and don’t have time or want to waste their time on some one who cannot keep up with them and their way of life. Going out with friends to have a good time and usually just that, they are not out on the prowl for a man for night. As we all know anything can happen though! The local Singaporean woman is said to look for the 5 “C’s” in a man; Cash, Car, Career, Condo and Credit card. If you fall short of these, well you may as well move on or have a really great rap to lay on her. This is said as a joke only but once you spend some time here you may not think it is false at all. Of course there are always the exceptions to the rules and nothing is set in concrete but to play the game you need to know the rules, right. Maybe this explains why so many ladies here are unmarried still because I can’t figure it out!
When I talk to the local guys they say, “Singaporean woman every hard to get to know, not easy, lah! But get them drunk and they do everything for you, much better then”. If I had heard this from one or two guys I would have just passed it by but since many of them have said the same thing, I had to add so weight to the statement. After all who knows better, them or me?
For some of the best girl watching in the city I would have to the Marriott Hotel Sidewalk bar has to be the best place to go for several reasons. First you can see then come and go all day long in droves. Second you can have a bit to eat or have a drink while you enjoy the sites. And third it is close to a lot of clubs for your evening enjoyment. So one day while you off and killing some time check it out and by all means have fun!
On the other hand those that I have met have been every friendly and easy to talk with so I guess like any place else it just depends on how you approach them and how you treat them. Act like a fool and your gone, be nice and have a drink.
But this is also just my own opinion!

Age, Race And Skin Color
It is a common perception that many SPG's are Malays and Indians because they have naturally dark skin and Caucasian men prefer tanned girls. This is a misconception.
At any one night at all the clubs I went to, I found that there are equal number of Chinese, Malays and Indian girls who date or pick up ang moh men.
Phil, a 28-year-old living in Singapore, says, "Tanned or dark skin is exotic. It's something we don't normally see at home. Even though we find dark skin sexy, it really doesn't matter what color skin a girl has. If I fall in love with a fair Chinese, I'll still love her the same as when I fall in love with a dark Indian girl."
The women, on the other hand, are in a different situation. While the men don't have preferences for skin color or race, a true SPG (be it a Chinese, Indian or Malay) will go for the Caucasian at all times.
I once observed an incident at Carnegies. Since it was still early in the night, there was only a 20-something girl and her group of friends, 2 men-one young good-looking Chinese and one middle-aged and almost balding Caucasian, and my group of Chinese girlfriends at the bar.
While it would be obvious to choose to pick up the good-looking Chinese male, the girl, dressed in a long-sleeved shirt and pants, walked over to the balding ang moh, leaving the Chinese staring at the ceiling.
I have observed many similar instances in other clubs, no matter what race or skin color the girl is.
In relation to the stereotype, the true SPG still keeps the part about going for the ang moh man whatever the case. However, the tanned skin and short black dress is no longer a trademark for an SPG.
To spot one, you can't just observe their skin color and dress sense. You have to watch them in action.
