Warren - Well if you age is what you stated you will not be allowed in many of the good places since that like the guys to be at least 21. But you can try Boat Quay area or some of the smaller pubs, there is no one place I can really tell you where to go.

Comments: i wonder do you have any recommendations on places of clubs that singles ladies can visit in Singapore. it shouldn't be too rowdy but more of a chill out place where staff are friendly also to mix with. it may not necessary be in town area.

most importantly, the club isn't a place where could give others a wrong impression that we are there to pick up men...

Reply - I get a lot of request from people to help them find a job here and I wish I could help but I can't. All I can do is try to point you in the right direction and wish you the best of luck. On the site I have Job Agencies listed and on the link page government info you need to know. It is not easy for the common man to get work here I'll tell you that to make it you better have something special going for your self or just forget and stay home where you are now.

Reply -  the first web site I did is still up and running and I will not remove it http://www.geocities.com/warren4452/index.htm the problem is that since it is a free site on Yahoo the band with is limited so if it gets a lot of hits it will shut down for a while. That site is what lead to this one.

I don't mind doing the site and helping people out with info on the site. Yeah it can be a pain some times  but in the long run it is worth it and I'll keep it going as long as I can.

I joined your forums a couple of days back with the USER ID of Magnate. And yes I did read the MPH section is not for everyone, but being a night owl I am so much interested in exploring the darker side of Singapore and I already have Orchard Towers and Geylang on my list of must visit places, I am even thinking of staying at a Hotel 81 for some fun. Ok, I don't know if its right to ask but how can i actually read these MPH posts before my visit? Cant wait to feast my eyes on such huge info and this just kills me. I know you have tough criterion to get into MPH but do you make exceptions :)

I love Singpore and have my Dad's family in KL so would love to relocate eventually but have no idea if employers will look favourably upon me as a foreigner, and how to start the process. 28 yo, young professional in medical consulting industry, originally from NYC, well traveled, just took offer for position in Singapore-but that is the professional me....

Personally-I don't usually mingle with the sorts that you normally find in my industry. I'm from NYC (went to college and grad school in North Carolina) and put a lot of energy & time into my social network outside of work. When I'm abroad (Cuba, thailand, Japan, Peru, Mexio, Haiti, Dominican, Mexico, Canada, Netherlands) I don't always seek out the "comfort" of other americans during my stay, I usually end up befriending mostly local people or relocated people who have the same social tendencies as myself. I have promoted different ngithclubs and lounges in nyc, I have thrown fashion shows and parties, started my own clothing line, and I am very much involved in the "scene" in NYC, Miami, and even a little in L.A. I go out more on weeknights then on weekends (I think you are probably getting the picture by now) So the thing is this lifestyle is something foreign to most people in my professional circle, and in fact most of them don't know about this aspect of my life as I am a true professional at work and prefer it that way. So I don't rely on their advise when it comes to getting myself set up in Singapore. My office is located on Middle road at the Bugis MRT Station. I plan to get involved in the nightlife, entertainment and event promotion in Singapore eventually and want to stay in an area with easy access to this scene, yet not a grueling commute to work. I guess trendy or socially artistic is one way that could describe me, so if there is an area with these kind of people (and I don't me expensive trendy!) that you know about, any heads up you can give me & I'll owe you big.

1) I explored Geylang. As you wrote, the right suggestion is "wait before deciding the girl"! There are so many, gorgeous sweet girls around... I felt lost. Impossible to choose without thinking to what I miss.

The beauty of asian girls is that many of them often look much younger than they are for real. Btw, I did not understand what is the age of consent in Sing: 16 or 18? Also, might you give me a hint on where it is likely to meet the youngest girls? I like very much the teenie type. May I check some clubs (you mentioned that some of them offer a wide age range)? or is it better to walk around Geylang and see what's up?

Pls note that I read your pages and I must see that your representation is very close to what I saw personally. I don't expect, to be honest, to get a direct direction from you just writing this email, but maybe you might drop me some more hint than what I read on your site... :-) I am prone to explore.

2) What could be the best places to taste good local food? Take local in wide sense, including Indonesian, Malay, etc. I am European. If you have some place you like in particular, I will be grateful also for that. Btw, if you have time, a page on this topic too would be appreciated by many people!
